A friendly new weekly group is starting in October for ladies of all ages, covering,

  • Self esteem,
  • Self-care,
  • Setting goals,
  • Assertiveness,
  • Healthy relationships.
  • Other wellbeing topics

There will also be opportunities to share and discuss things that are important to us as well as the option to participate in crafts activities.

Refreshments will be available.

The first session will be on Monday 16th October at The wellbeing Hub @ Trinity Centre
